RTP Announces New Corporate Structure and Changes to Executive Team

New CFO and Senior Vice President Join RTP

Avon, Colorado – February 11, 2008 – RTP, LLC, a leading provider of software and web services for the resort and recreation industries, announced today a corporate restructuring as part of the company’s separation from Vail Resorts, Inc. in 2007.

RTP tapped two Colorado executives to join the company to fulfill its growth strategies and initiatives. Nathan Sutterer will serve as RTP’s Chief Financial Officer and Michael McDermott has been named Senior Vice President of Sales, Marketing and Product Management.

“The combination of hiring Sutterer and McDermott, along with supporting  organizational changes, will allow RTP to pursue its vision to be the best and most comprehensive solution serving the resort and recreation industries,” said Charlie L’Esperance, President and CEO of RTP.  “We want to deliver ongoing value to our customers by streamlining and structuring our organization to grow into new markets and continue to better serve our customers.”

The restructuring of the company, from three individual lines of business into a single organization with shared services, will ensure a more focused and streamlined approach to developing innovative new products and improving service levels to our valuable customers.

“We recognized a growing trend of our customers using all three of our businesses, point-of-sale software; web solutions; and distribution services, to solve their operational challenges and realized we had a unique solution that no one else in the industry was able to offer,” said Michael McDermott, Sr. VP of Sales & Marketing for RTP.  “We process more than 60 percent of North American ski ticketing transactions, and have 22 of the top 30 ski resorts as customers.  We also have some of the most recognized destination resorts, amusement parks and attractions using our products and services.  This gives us a unique perspective, which provides a tremendous advantage as we develop innovative solutions for the resort and recreation industry.”

Nathan Sutterer was recently hired as RTP’s Chief Financial Officer, and will oversee all finance and accounting functions.  With more than 10 years of relevant experience, Sutterer has a strong corporate finance background with diverse experience in accounting, finance, and treasury.  Prior to joining RTP, Nate directed the Finance and Treasury departments at CoorsTek, Inc. where he led merger and acquisition activities, as well as other projects for the company, including capital planning, treasury management, financial planning and analysis and audit.  He also assisted with various growth projects, including international expansion into Europe and Asia.  Prior to CoorsTek, Inc., Nate held several positions of increasing responsibility for Rolls-Royce, Inc., including Senior Accountant, Financial Manager, and Financial Analyst.

Michael McDermott oversees RTP’s Sales, Marketing and Product Management groups and has overall responsibility for RTP’s product strategy and sales growth.  Michael has more than fifteen years of sales, marketing, and management experience in the enterprise business software and services industry.   Prior to joining RTP, McDermott served as Director of Sales at Maxwell Systems, Inc. and Cheetah Advanced Technologies, Inc., which were leading vertical enterprise software companies. McDermott also held various sales and marketing positions at PeopleSoft and J.D. Edwards.  In addition, he worked in advertising and public relations agencies, where he developed and executed marketing programs for new product launches, branding, advertising and public relations programs for Fortune 1000 companies.

In addition to these new hires, there are several key role changes at RTP.  Mark Roebke is being promoted to Chief Innovation Officer, and will be responsible for RTP’s ongoing software and website engineering, as well as future product development strategies.  In his new role, he will research technology trends in the resort and recreation industries and develop innovative products for RTP’s customers.   Jeff DiFranco will move into a new role for RTP, serving as Senior Vice President of Service Delivery and will be responsible for all customer implementations, training services and customer support.  Additionally, Eric Phannenstiel will take over as Vice-President of Administrative Services.  In this role, Phannenstiel will be responsible for all administrative functions of RTP including, HR, payroll, office management, and internal IT.
